The Hollow

The Hollow is a forest-to-table restaurant in the Vista. Their menu features wild game like bison, duck, boar, and rabbit alongside an array of fish – think northern pike, rainbow trout, and walleye salmon.

The vibe at The Hollow is trendy and relatively laid back but in an upscale kind of way. There’s an open kitchen, a bar, a few high tops and booths.

The Hollow offers a daily dinner, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
