Bourbon

Bourbon is a cajun-creole restaurant and bar in downtown Columbia. The first word that comes to our minds when we think of Bourbon is FUN. It’s a cool place with an awesome whiskey selection (over 500!) and awesome New Orleans-style food.

Bourbon is located on Main Street in downtown Columbia close to the State House. It’s a fun destination both just for drinks or for a date night out in Columbia.

With a cajun & creole-inspired menu (the name is a nod to Bourbon Street) there is a large selection of unique dishes including boudin balls, a lamb burger and etouffee. We love their creole pimento cheese and shrimp & grits, too.

Their award-winning bar also serves cocktails that are out of this world. It’s the perfect place to meet friends after work or for a fun date night.
